This site is meant to be read and used by everyone, with a keyboard, a screen reader or a magnifier as much as with a mouse. What it does for that is below, as facts about the pages.
Every page opens with a skip link to its content, is built from headings in order and from landmarks a screen reader lists, and can be read and operated with the keyboard alone.
The site is written in two languages, each laid out in its own direction; the language switch in the header leads to the same page in the other language.
The button at the foot of every page opens a panel with larger and smaller text, a readable font, highlighted links, grayscale, high contrast and reversed contrast, keyboard navigation with a visible focus mark, stopped animations, and a reset. The choices are kept for the next page. The panel's last item leads here.
A page that falls short of this statement is a defect. Write to [email protected] with the page and what stopped you, and it is fixed.
