How is the monthly bill calculated?
Base fee of the plan, plus every shop above the plan’s ceiling at the plan’s per-shop price, plus every SMS past the monthly allowance at the plan’s per-message price. That is the whole formula.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Shops and SMS past the allowance are billed per unit. Users, storage and emails are ceilings of the plan; a bigger plan or a custom plan raises them.
Is there a yearly price?
Billing is monthly; no yearly price is published yet.
Which currency am I billed in?
Each plan is shown and billed in its own currency.
What are AI credits?
The assistant’s features (descriptions, translation, layout edits, theme import, the back-office assistant) are metered in credits: 1 credit is US$0.001. A plan can carry a monthly allowance, and credits can be topped up at organisation level.
I need something the standard plans do not cover.
A custom plan is built for one organisation, with its own limits, features and price. Start with the closest standard plan; a custom plan is set up for your organisation from there.
